Trekking Tour Saturday
Along legendary hiking stretches we get to know the fantastisc nature.
First we go to the Pas de Gairou, you will learn something about the genesis
of the canyon and the mountains, to look down to the river from a breath
taking high view point.
Than we walk through the gnarly forest, under the shadow of the old oaks,
directly to our climbing stage wall, the Lucky Luke.
A view over the lake, the villages les Salles and Aiguines will faszinate us.
After some refreshment at the fountain in Aiguines and a visit
of little shop full of Provence Honey we will eat some of the best italian ice cream.
Along some large meadows we enjoy our way back home.

Ridge of Vernis Wednesday
At the end of the season 2003 we have rebuilt an old, forgotten way,
to present you one more top highlight: the hiking over the ridge of
Vernis, the massiv rock wall which boarders the verdon on the left
bank.
After 250 meters of altitude, we are able to look down to the river,
this fantastic view will prepare us for that, what is waiting for us for
the following two and a half kilometers:
An endless panorama over the wideness of the lake and the endless plain of Valensole
and breathtaking views to the depth of the Canyon. We are enthroned up to 600 meters
above the river, sometimes the first 300 are absolutely vertical. This is a guarantee
for dizziness and unforgetable photos.
Important to mention that on some parts our way leads very close along the edge,
it is important to be resistant against vertigo. Our aiming point, a well known
point of view canīt schock us anymore!!
To return to the campground we take the car.

"Standard"
even weeks
For 2008 we offer much ore activities than last year,
now we have two different packages, alternating weekly.
So we have odd and even weeks, similar to the
calendar weeks.
This page describes the activities of the "Standard"
package in even weeks, which are underlayed dark on our
dates page.
Your advantage: more choice and if you stay two weeks, the all-embaracing
adventure!!
Important
Please bring a pair of baskets which are allowed to get whet during some
of our activities, e.g. canyoning.
